Sharon Louise Grippando

Sharon Louise Grippando 72, of St. Joseph, MO passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 in a St. Joseph, MO. hospital. She was born July 2, 1951 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of the late Ethel and James Armstrong. She worked at as a Nurse Aid in the health care industry. Sharon enjoyed auctions, garage selling, fishing, camping, singing, drawing, and crafts but most especially spending time with her children and grandchildren. She attended the Bethel Four Square church. Sharon was preceded in death by mother, Ethel Pueker, father, James Armstrong, son, James A. Grippando Jr., son, Billie Jo Grippando, brother, Jim Armstrong, sisters, Janet Armstrong and Rennie Ritzinger, and granddaughter, Season Grippando. Survivors include husband, James Grippando Sr. of the home, four children: Tommy (Jaime) Grippando, Faucett, MO., Dusty (Andrea) Grippando, daughters; Brandy (Cresser) Norton and Karlie (Warren) Wicks all of Saint Joseph, MO, brothers; Donald and Loris Peuker, sisters, Cindy Kibbe, and Tammy Wroten, best friends, Carol and Barb, grandchildren; James Matthew, Austin, Dylan, Maddison, Timmy, James, Billi Jo, Dustin II, Dallas, Gage, Addie, and Cash, several great-grandchildren and her dog, Ms. B.
The family will receive friends from 3- 5:00 PM on Sunday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral services and public live stream; 10:00 am, Monday, November 20, 2023 at the Rupp Funeral Home Rev.
