Sharon (Brady) Keith passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Massachusetts General Hospital on June 3rd. She was 67. A native and longtime resident of Medford, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Dorothy R. (Mahoney) Brady.
Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Growing up, her family was very musically inclined. She and her sisters enjoyed entertaining local audiences as the "Singing Brady Sisters." Early in her married life, Sharon and Mark lived in California, where some of their children were born. Sharon had a passion for education. She served as the librarian at the McGlynn School in Medford from 2001 to 2010. She also loved sharing her faith, which she did as the coordinator of religious education at Saint Joseph's parish in Wakefield. Earlier she had worked in a similar role at Saint Francis parish in Medford. Sharon had a knack for making strangers into friends and friends into family. She was truly a caring person, with children (those of her own family and those with whom she worked) and adults.
The beloved wife of Mark Keith, she was a devoted mother to Erin Keith, Patrick Keith and his wife Julia, MaryBeth Keith and her husband Alex Downes, Kathleen Forristall and her husband Joseph, Robert Keith and Ellen Keith. She was a loving grandmother to Lucas Keith-Downes, Xavier Keith, Eli Keith Downes, James Forristall, and Raphael Keith. Sharon was a dear sister to Robin Hoff, Paula McGlynn, Mary Beth Buckley, Michelle Foy, William Brady, Jr.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, June 13 from 4-8 PM and again on Saturday, June 14 at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in Saint Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sharon's name to the Joslin Diabetes Center, Inc., 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.

My husband Ryan and I are so sorry to hear of the loss of this wonderful woman. Sharon was so good with the kids at St. Joe's, teaching faith and discipline. She was also a role model for everyone in the community, in her kindness to others and devotion to the Lord. Sharon was so funny, and full of spunk, which I always loved about her.
Our condolences and prayers go out to Mark and her family, as well as the St. Joseph's community.

Thank you Sharon for leading my boys to Jesus, you will always be in our thoughts and prayers. I looked up to you so much for the way you taught and loved the kids. I will do my best leading the children to Jesus and hope to reflect even a touch of light you have shone. You were very special to so many and you will be greatly missed.
