Sharon Joy Lallouz

Sharon Joy Lallouz, 79 of Aventura, Florida passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Our mother, Sharon, was an adorable woman with a personality as light as her blonde hair. She loved her family, singing and acting in community theater, New York City, discount fashion and lunches and outings with friends. She was always the life of the party, the one who got the fun started at weddings, and the one to make the grandchildren laugh until they had hiccups. Her husband, kids, grandchildren, sister and parents were the center of her life, and she spent much of her time worrying about everyone's location and condition, advising, and making sure we were all safe. She loved Israel and found great joy in being there or dreaming of being there, and that was tied to her even deeper spirituality and Jewish identity and love for g-d. We will miss everything about her, even the things we complained about when we were too ignorant to realize she might leave us too soon. Sharon loved her beshert, husband Lulu and her family, daughters Dr. Michele Fisher (Paul) and Nadine (the late Dave), sister of Marcia Davis and her grandchildren Zachary, Zoey, and Tatum with a fierce and protective heart. She doted on her son-in-law Paul. Nothing gave her more happiness than being with family, whether sitting around a Shabbat table or taking trips with her grandkids included. She loved to travel! She and our father have been around the world, always including the children, and were always up to go on an adventure with my sister's family who are also globetrotters. She loved Israel. My sister took her back for a final visit a few months before she passed. She gathered all her strength to go, even during the war. The pictures of her dancing with women near the wall captured the joy she felt being in Israel as well as her unique zest. Sharon loved musical theatre. She has a strong history of performing in Temple shows and this is how she met our father! She played "Golda" in Fiddler on the Roof along with countless other leading roles. She loved attending Broadway shows with her two daughters. Loved going to hear authors speak at engagements. She also loved pop culture, celebrity fun facts, and debating the merits of celebrities :) She was the instiller of family values. Nothing was more important than family. Sharon truly leaves behind her spirit and zest for life. If you read the comments people have left for her on our Facebook post, you would marvel that even after so many years, her impact of "joie de vivre" will live on. She really did dance like no one was watching.
