Sharon K. McKray, age 78, passed away at her home on September 16, 2025.

She was born March 6, 1947, to the late Donald and Eunice (Williams) Sturm in Council Bluffs, IA. Sharon was a daycare provider and longtime member of Gethsemane Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McKray; son, Patrick McKray; sisters, Linda Johnson and Deborah (Charles) Settlemyer; brother, Donald D. Sturm.

Sharon is survived by her children, Eugene McKray and Alesha Emge (Patrick); siblings, Cynthia Nourse (John), Susan Hill (Raymond), and Richard Sturm; brother-in-law, Gary Johnson; grandchildren, Devon, Mason, and Emilee; great grandchild, Easton; nieces, nephews, and cousins; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Gethsemane Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Gethsemane Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
