Sharon Pendergrass

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, November 22, 2025 at the First Baptist Church, Haskell, Oklahoma. No viewing or visitation is planned.
Sharon Kay Pendergrass, aged 78, passed on November 17, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Sharon was born on March 1, 1947, in Big Rapids, Michigan, to LeeRoy and Frances Weeks. Sharon married the love of her life, Ronald Pendergrass, on November 17, 1965, in San Diego, California, while Ronald was serving in the Marines. Ronald and Sharon were blessed with two sons, Kurt and Brent, and one daughter, Crystal.
In retirement, Ronald and Sharon bought their dream ranch, The Lazy P Ranch in Haskell, Oklahoma, where they raised cattle, horses, and grandchildren.
Sharon is preceded in death by Ronald, her loving husband, and her parents. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Joe Balderson; her sister-in-law, Linda Bekkering; her son, Kurt Pendergrass; her son, Brent Pendergrass; and her daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Bill Lewis. She is survived by numerous grandchildren, including Kaylee Lewis, Jessie Lewis, Daniel Pendergrass, Nicole Alexander, Brandon Alexander, Morgan Mummy, Dakota Pendergrass, Kyle Pendergrass, and her great-grandson, Krew Pendergrass, as well as other great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She loved fiercely and deeply and adopted numerous children and grandchildren into the family. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Al and Juanita Munoz, her daughter-in-law Lisa Alexander, by her daughter and son Traci and Bill Bomba, by her daughter and son Raymond and Michel Schupner, her grandson AJ Munoz, her granddaughter Angelica Munoz, her grandchildren Natalie, Lauren and Ty Salmans, her by grandsons Cody and Alex Bomba, by her grandson Logan Schupner, by her granddaughter Cheyenne Byrd, by her grandchildren Alex and Jake DeWolf, by her granddaughter Emily Eakle, by her great-grandson Jagger Johnson, and by her great-grandchildren Gentri, Hank and Remmi Munoz.
Most importantly, Sharon is survived by her fierce and loyal dog, Mayhem "Capt'n" Pendergrass.
