Sharon Miller-Johnson Sivitz, age 83, of Milton, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 18, 1942, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to Walter Week and Mildred Leona (Flynn) Miller. Sharon grew up with a deep sense of love, faith, and family-values that guided her throughout her life. She met the love of her life, Denver Johnson Jr., they moved to Lake Monroe, Florida and together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and the joy of raising a large, close-knit family.
Sharon was the proud mother of eight children: Dennis Jeffrey Johnson (wife Kim), Brian Lee Johnson, Lester Denver Johnson, Bonnie Faye Johnson, Asalee (Johnson) Larson (husband Richard), Brenda Louise (Johnson) Tidwell (husband Donnie), Lory Ann Johnson, and Denver Johnson III (wife Maria).
She was the grandmother of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved deeply.
Sharon worked many years at Central Florida Zoo and later in life worked for the Arc where she retired.
Sharon had a love of crocheting and sewing.
Sharon will be remembered for her hard work, dedication, and witty personality. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Sharon is predeceased by her spouses, Denver Johnson Jr. and Virgil Sivitz, and by her children, Brian Lee Johnson, Bonnie Faye Johnson, Lester Denver Johnson, and Dennis Jeffrey Johnson. Her siblings Nida, Melinda, Rose, Sandy, Charlie (Butch), and Eddie Miller.
A private celebration of Sharon's life will be held in Milton, Florida.
