Sharon White Spero, 82, passed away on January 31, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Born on October 11, 1943, Sharon graduated from Northeast High School and went on to attend the College of the Ozarks. She dedicated her professional life to healthcare as a lifelong radiologic technologist, a career marked by commitment and care.

Sharon is remembered by her daughter, LaDonna White Lavallee; her stepchildren, Joe Spero Jr., Cecilia (Jeff) Izzo, Carla (Jared) LaGalle, Vince Spero, and Steve Spero; her grandchildren, Jeff Jarvis (Heather), Scarlet Lavallee, Ryan (Randy) Eaton; and her great-grandson, Kelly White-Carroll. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Spero Sr.; stepsons, Mike Spero and Nick Spero; her parents, Robert E. White Sr. and Hattie Skoglund White; and her brother, Robert E. White Jr.

Beyond her professional life and family ties, Sharon found joy in many passions. She was a devoted cat lover and an avid gardener who found peace among flowers and plants. Her creativity shone through in her handmade jewelry. Sharon was also an active member of UNICO, reflecting her connection to community and service.

An informal Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later time to honor Sharon’s memory. Contributions to assist the family with final expenses may be made at https://gofund.me/3cf44dd49.
