Sharon Louise Watson passed away on January 24, 2026, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.
She was born on April 18, 1955, in Washington Court House to the late Oscar, Sr. and Mildred (McNeal) McKinney. Throughout her life, Sharon found joy in several hobbies, notably immersing herself in the art of oil painting, where she expressed her creativity and love for beauty. She also cherished her time spent working in her vegetable garden and flower beds, reflecting her deep appreciation for nature.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Garry Watson, and her son, Jason Ludwick. Her legacy is further carried on by her grandson, Levi Ludwick. Sharon was blessed with the companionship of her sisters, Vicki Sheets, Lisa Litteral, and Robin Forshea. She also leaves behind her brothers and sisters-in-law: Rick (Mary) Watson, Pam Watson, Rita Watson, and Larry Watson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her siblings Joyce Pierce, Shirley Bethel, Oscar McKinney, Jr., Tommy McKinney, and Rick McKinney.
A memorial gathering to honor Sharon’s life will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Roberts Funeral Home in Washington Court House, Ohio with Pastor John Pfeifer officiating. A gathering of family and friends is planned at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
