Shawn King Obituary
Shawn is survived by his wife, Tara Annette (Fox) King; daughters, Ashley Morgan King and Gracie Nicole King; mother, Linda Mae (Stone) King; his dog, Juju; brothers, Andy Fesler, Chance Weaver and Dan Pederson; parents-in-law, Bob and Beth (Schmitz) Fox; brothers-in-law, Todd (Helen) Fox and Tony (Heather) Fox; and nephew, Dustin Fox.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roland Dale King; and sister, Shannon Perry.
Shawn was a friend to all he met. He dedicated his life to helping others in any way he could. He has touched many families through years of coaching softball and basketball. There weren't many problems that he couldn't solve and was the go-to guy for all that knew him. He will be dearly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to know him.
A visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 E. State St., Pendleton. A private graveside service will be held Monday at Grove Lawn Cemetery, Pendleton.
Attendees at the visitation are strongly encouraged to wear masks and maintain social distancing.

My heart is heavy as I know as many are.
Shawn had a magnetic personality that would draw you in and you felt you could tell him anything.
We became friends over the last two years.
