Dan W. Kasdorf, 68, of Pendleton, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025, at home, following a brief illness.

He was born on September 19, 1957, in Anderson, Indiana to Jack and Betty (McDaniel) Kasdorf. He was a 1976 graduate of Pendleton Heights High School and went on to earn his bachelor's degree from Ball State University. He was Director of Business Development, Contracts and Sales at Sunaero Americas and Aerowing.

He loved going to the lake and living the "lake life." He loved Jimmy Buffett, Colorado, airplanes, Hallmark movies, and the holidays. More than anything, he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them, including his beloved dog, Izzy.

Dan is survived by his wife, Carolyn Kasdorf; three daughters, Liesl Kasdorf Ulm, Marah Kasdorf (husband, Craig Rak) and Neeli Kasdorf; three grandchildren, Isla Ulm, Jack Ulm, Holden Rak.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, 211 East State Street, Pendleton, Indiana 46064. Burial will follow at Grovelawn Cemetery in Pendleton.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to South Madison Fire Territory, P.O. Box 230, Pendleton, Indiana 46064.
