Sheila Elaine Lovern Hudson, 70, of Cleveland, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 6, 2025. She was born in Rome, GA on November 28, 1954 to the late Horace and Helen Lovern. Sheila enjoyed traveling, reading, singing, and was an active member of Unity Church of God, where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years, until she was unable to attend. Above all, she cherished time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her son, Jason Hudson; sister Barbara Turner; brother Sonny Lovern.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 54 years, Donald Hudson; daughter Kristy Hudson; grandchildren: Hayleigh Dale, Zoe Hudson, Zayne Clark, and Kelsey Clark; great grandchildren: Carter Wallace and Sawyer Newhouse; brothers Randy Lovern (Kathy) and Jimmy Lovern (Ruth). She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
A celebration of Sheila's life will be held on Thursday April 10th at 2pm in the "Ridge Chapel" of Companion Funeral Home located at 2412 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Her family will receive friends from 11am until the 2pm service.
