Shelby was born June 29, 1967 in Pineville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late James Belcher, and Linda (McNulty) Everett who survives. She was united in marriage to Sean Moore, who survives.
She is also survived by two children, Deborah (Mark) Stevens, and Jessy (Thomas Calton) Jones; a step-daughter, Courtny (Alex Lewis) Moore; four grandchildren, Haylee Stevens, Emma Stevens, Kaydence Stevens, and Clyde Wilson; five sisters, Sonia Belcher, Terri Belcher, Linda Belcher, Deborah Belcher, and Diane Long; four brothers, James Belcher, Rick McNulty, William McNulty, and Jason Belcher; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m., until the beginning of the service on Saturday.
Arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
