Rochester – Passed away on August 28, 2025 at the age of 71. He is predeceased by his parents, Sala and Nathan Biren. Shelly is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 42 years, Cheryl Biren; cherished son, who Shelly was very proud of, Zachary (Catherine) Biren; sister-in-law, Christine (Paul) Tooley; brothers-in-law, Scott (Kim) Campbell and Terry Campbell; niece, Kimberly (Steve) Henry; nephews, Shane (Britta) Tooley and Austin (Rhiannon) Campbell; many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Shelly's Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2025, 11AM at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 500 Orchard View Drive, Rochester, New York 14612 [MAP]. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to the Wilmot Cancer Institute in Shelly's memory.
