August 24, 2025 at the age of 95. MaryEllen (Musser) Bigler was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on July 20, 1930. She was the only child of Clyde and Mildred Musser. She attended the University of Pennsylvania and received her degree in Elementary Education. She met her husband, Dick Bigler while working at the Jersey shore during college. MaryEllen and Dick first lived in Chicago and moved to Rochester in 1956, raising their five daughters in Brighton. Mary Ellen was a long time member of the Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church. She was an avid bridge player and loved to play games with her grandchildren. She loved ice cream, the Buffalo Bills and summer weeks spent on Long Beach Island.

She is survived by her five daughters, Laurie (John) Walsh, Lindy (Alan) Burke, Carol (Mike) Hecky, Betsy (Tim) O'Sullivan, and Julie (Anthony) Cimorelli. MaryEllen had 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson, Kevin Hecky.

MaryEllen's family would like to thank the palliative care team at Highland Hospital for their loving care.
