Funeral services for Shelly Nightengale, 58, of Fairview, Oklahoma will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the Fairview Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Travis Schmidt officiating. A private family committal service will be held at Rusk Cemetery near Fairview.

Shelly Ranee Nightengale was born November 8, 1966, in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She departed this life on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Fairview, Oklahoma. Shelly attended Blackwell Public Schools until moving to Fairview in middle school, later graduating from Fairview High School in 1985. On May 6, 1989, Shelly married Todd Nightengale at Cedar Springs Nazarene Church, beginning a life filled with love and family.

Shelly was preceded in death by her mother, Karon and brother, Darren. Survivors include her husband Todd of Fairview; two sons, Logan Nightengale and wife Madison of Fairview, OK and Grant Nightengale and wife Jill of Kingfisher, OK. She was a proud Nana to five grandchildren: Harper, Hayes and Henson, children of Logan and Madison, and Brooks and Bowen, children of Grant and Jill. She was also a loving aunt and sister-in-law, cherishing her extended family deeply.

Shelly loved her family more than anything in this world and poured her heart into being a devoted wife, mother and Nana. She was deeply loved and will be remembered for her generosity, kindness and joy. Shelly had a gift for making friends wherever she went- whether at the nail salon, at work, or in everyday life. People were naturally drawn to her warm and caring spirit. She formed lasting connections, including many coworkers at Fairview Fellowship Home, Fairview Public Schools, and the Northwest Technology Center.

Memorials are suggested to the Hospice Circle of Love, Northwest Technology Center Foundation or the Fairview Fellowship Home with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 15, Fairview, OK 73737. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy
