Sheri Elaine McIntire, 58, of Kansas City, Missouri gained her Heavenly wings on August 23, 2023.

Sheri was born on December 7th, 1964, in Kansas City, Missouri to Edmond and Barbara McIntire.
Sheri grew up in a competitive family and loved sports, playing softball at an early age and was on the Oak Park Varsity softball team. She was a catcher, heavy hitter and a star player.

After graduating high school, she attended college, then pursued a career with the Park Hill school district and finished at North Kansas City school district.

She was a very private person with a heart of gold, who would help anyone in need. She loved to spend time with her family & cook for her family, especially her Mother's prize-winning broccoli and cheese casserole everyone loved at gatherings.

She was affectionately known as Lippy, Bubba, Maula and Cuckoo to some, Mom to one, Samantha.

Sheri will be fondly remembered, greatly missed and is survived by her daughter, Samantha McIntire; Grandsons Xavier Lee and Cash Laine; bonus grandchildren Destiny, Warren and Gianna; Kaiyu Hoffman and beloved pups, Leila and Betty Boop; brothers, Michael (Pamela) McIntire, Larry (Shari) McIntire, and Terry (Linda) McIntire; closest friends, Sheila (May) Durham, Tonya Branstetter and many others who knew her.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Joey McIntire.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at Terrace Park Funeral Home – Lakeside Chapel on Sunday, August 27th at 2pm. Family request no flowers. Contributions may be made to Terrace Park Funeral Home.
