Sherlee Genee Love

Sherlee Genee Love of Weatherford, 47, beloved wife and mother, passed from this life on Saturday, November 5, 2022. Sherlee was born January 8, 1975, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was known for her vivacious spirit and big heart. Sherlee served her family and her community well. She was a devoted Christian, homemaker, philanthropist, cheer, and dance instructor. She was also a member of both North Side Baptist Church and The Woman's Club of Fort Worth, as well as many other organizations through the years. Sherlee was passionate about life; incredibly artistic and was a skilled event planner.
She loved fine arts, the ballet, theatre and supporting creative endeavors of many varieties. Everyone who knew Sherlee felt her big heart and giving nature. Sherlee will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Sherlee loved life and did her very best to make everyone she met feel special.
Through the years, Sherlee enjoyed celebrating all of life's moments with her family and friends, extending kindness and love to others, and making friends wherever she went. Sherlee was a stranger to no one and found great purpose sharing in the successes, joys, and challenges of those around her. Sherlee was authentically and wholeheartedly there for those in her life and made an impact on the hearts of many.
Sherlee is survived by her devoted husband, Dean Love; cherished daughter, Bailee Love, both of Weatherford; and numerous loving family and friends.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the North Side Baptist Church, in Weatherford, Texas, with Rev. Mike Orsini officiating and Dewaine Lee, Brannan Love, Jace Love, Cason Love, Les Johnson, and Tito Nava serving as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, in Weatherford, Texas.
