Sherrie Lynn Johnson

Sherrie Lynn Johnson, of St. James, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the age of 68.
She was born on November 17, 1956 in Rolla, MO to the late William Wright Copeland and Beatrice E. Copeland. In 1976, she married Curtis Johnson.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Keith Copeland, John Copeland, and Bob Copeland; two sisters, Dolly Copeland and Sandra Copeland Wolf; one sister-in-law, Barbara Copeland; and one nephew, Jared Copeland.
Sherrie was a lover of music and enjoyed singing and playing piano. Playing with her grandchildren, taking walks and swimming gave her great joy. She also enjoyed animals. Sherrie accepted Christ into her heart and was baptized early in her life.
Sherrie will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes: her husband, Curtis Johnson of St. James, MO; a son, Angelo Johnson; three daughters, Constance Johnson of Rolla, MO, Stephanie Stump and husband, Brent, of St. James, MO, and Tiffany Johnson of Rolla, MO; three brothers, Lee Copeland and wife, Carol of California, Ron Copeland and wife, Barb of St. James, MO, and Bill Copeland and wife, Diane of St. James, MO; two sisters-in-law, Paula Brown of Salem, MO and Terri Copeland, of St. James. MO; and six grandchildren, Alexandria, Trystin, Aryanna, Rosie, Mia, and Emmi-Cay.
A funeral service for Sherrie L. Johnson will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla. Interment will follow in the Wishon Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
