Sherron Smith

ADRIAN- Sherron Marie (Bowman) Smith, age 68, passed away Friday, March 13, 2026, at the University of Michigan Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Sherron was born August 7, 1957, in Adrian, Michigan, to Lester and Lorene (Crow) Bowman. On August 9, 2019, Sherron married Jeffrey Smith, and he survives. Sherron was known for her infectious personality, quick wit, and great sense of humor. Sherron had a kind heart and a natural ability to make everyone feel loved. She was happiest when spending time with her family and friends, as well as her fur babies. She loved shopping trips, spreading kindness and making friends everywhere she went.

In Addition to her husband, Jeffrey, Sherron is survived by her son, Dustin Smith; her fur babies Lexi and Remi, her siblings, Dale (Debbie) Bowman, Gwen Beagle, and Randy (Lisa) Bowman. She was a devoted aunt to Stephanie Olieman, Melissa Osborn, Michael Beagle, Robert Bowman, Emily Bowman, Lori Bowman, Nick Bowman, Trent Smith, Kayli Smith, Marcy Smith, Joshua Smith, Leslie Smith, Addison Smith, Brook Smith, Amber Smith, Wesley Jr. Smith, Nichole Smith, Claire Smith, and Nora Smith, and her fur babies and many Cherished friends. Sherron is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Lorene Bowman, and mother-in-law, Roberta Anne Smith.

Visitation for Sherron will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home – Adrian. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian, with Pastor Greg Burdine Officiating. Burial will follow at Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian.
