Sherry Ann Lively (Sears) 55 of MacArthur, WV went to heaven on May 20, 2023. Born in Beckley, WV on September 25, 1967. She was the daughter of the late Curtis and Jean Sears. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother Curt Sears, and her husband (first true love) Dale Lively.
Sherry was a free spirit who loved all flowers and enjoyed watching the birds. She loved her family more than anything and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her long-time boyfriend and true love of 22 years James (Bill) McDowell. Her 3 children Tiffany Lively, Nikki Lively-Goins (husband Zach), and her "baby boy" Chris McDowell. She was known as MiMi to her grandbabies Alora Lively (MiMi's Starr Baby), Carolena Goins (MiMi's Little Rose). Her sister Tina Richmond (Sears). Her niece and nephews Cody Sears, Vicki Manning (Sears), Bobby Sears, and Jayden Sears. Great-niece and nephews Braxton, Maddox, Zander, Rylan, and Lylah.
Services will be 12 pm, Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 12pm at Calfee Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Waddell officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
