Sherry Nell Winfree

Sherry Winfree, Age 67 of Greensboro, NC passed away Feb. 14th surrounded by family and loved ones.

Sherry was a caring and loving nurse that brightened the lives of those she helped care for. She loved to crochet and especially enjoyed spending time with her Granddaughter Imogen. She was a hard worker. She raised her children and lead by example. Sherry had a deep love for people and she never let anyone go hungry. She was always looking out for those around her, making sure that she was there to help when help was needed She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and her legacy will never be forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her father Allen Cupp and son Brandon Knarr. She is survived by her mother Karen Cupp, Sisters Linda Kloeckner, Evangeline Smith, and Tonya Cupp. Her brothers Donald and Roger Cessna. Her children Kaitlin smith-Cabrera her husband Michael Cabrera. Grandaughter Imogen Cantu, Liam Cabrera, and Wyatt Cabrera. Son Corey Knarr and his wife Alexandra Provines-Knarr and many many nieces and nephews and she loved them all.

The family is holding a small quiet remembrance. There is no public service planned at this time. Should one be planned in the future, there will be an announcement made at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions and donations can be made to any organization that researches and helps those that are affect by cancer in her Sherry's if they so wish.

She will be forever remembered and missed.
