Shirley Ann Adcock, age 84 of Stockdale, Texas, passed away on April 13, 2024. Shirley was born on April 18, 1939, in San Antonio, Texas to Mildred (Christopher) and Marvin Fisher. Shirley grew up in San Antonio and with her husband's career, they lived in Houston first and later Victoria.
Shirley was preceded in death by his loving husband of 67 years who recently passed away on March 28, 2024, Gerard Adcock, son Andy, her parents, and her brother, Ronnie Carroll Fisher.
Survivors include her sons, Dale Adcock, Jeffrey Adcock (Mirabel), and Christopher Adcock; brother, Barney Adcock; grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, Wayden, Keith, Trey, Jake, and Madisyn; great-grandchildren, Caitlyn, Eulaila, and Lucious; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members, and friends.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. at the Holy Cross Mausoleum Chapel in San Antonio, Texas with the Reverend Canon Stanislaw Fiuk officiating. Interment will follow immediately in the Holy Cross Cemetery outside the chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Processing, St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 ST Jude Pl, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959 to the charity of one's choice.
