Shirley Ann Arrington

Shirley Ann Arrington, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 14, 2025. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Lee Arrington, and grandson, Christopher Davenport. She is survived by her children, Bruce Coley and Christy Eason, who were the pride of her life. Shirley was the cherished grandmother of Crystal Lane (Josh), Alexis Coley, Yvette Coley, Brandon Eason, and T.J. Jordan, as well as a great-grandmother to Jayden, Jaxon, Chloe, and Rileigh. She also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, and friends who became like family, each touched by her kindness and unforgettable spirit. Shirley will be remembered for her loving heart, her wonderful sense of humor, her love of flowers, and her outspoken nature that always brought honesty and laughter to those around her. She lived her life with strength, compassion, and joy, and her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her family finds comfort in knowing that Shirley's love and light will live on through the many lives she touched. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 2 - 4 PM at McKoon Funeral Home & Crematory, 38 Jackson St., Newnan.
