BROWNHEIM-WATTS, SHIRLEY A. of Waterford, formerly of Royal Oak; September 12, 2025; age 89; Loving wife of the late Dick Watts; Cherished mother of Jennifer (William) Reimer, Daniel (late Kelly) Brownheim, Scott (Barb) Brownheim, Ellen Thomas, Lucy (Enzo) Baldassarra and Kristine (Brian) Hart; Dear sister of Wendell Hantz and the late Janet Dowell and the late Wayne Hantz; Beloved grandmother the late Casey (Jeff) Burke, Christopher (Kelly), Jeremy (Barb), Robyn (George), Steven (Tracy), Nicholas (Veronica), Nathan (Brianna), Joshua, Colt (Heather), Chas (Martin), Matthew (Zandria) and Alex (Chelsey); Also survived by many great grandchildren. Shirley was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Waterford and of the former Saint Denis in Royal Oak. She worked in medical records at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital for 30 years. She also sold Avon, sang in many church choirs and was active in her community centers. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, 5481 Dixie Highway, Waterford. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. Rite of Committal White Chapel Cemetery, Troy. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan.
