Passed away on, October 23, 2024 at the age of 90.
Preceded by her parents Gladys and Roger Bartlett; son, Hary Brown; sisters, Diane Marshall, Sharon Bartlett and Don DeLaura.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Tom) Birdsong, Carolyn (Paul) Schieb, Cathy (Karl) Gielenfeldt; sister, Marilyn Coleman and loving companion, Bob Lancaster.
The most important people to Shirley; her Grandchildren, Jennifer (Phil) Bridsong-Ng, Scott (Erica) Birdsong, Kevin (Kara) Gielenfeldt, Lindsay Schieb, Kyle (Kendal) Schieb, Kristen Gielenfeldt, Kurt Gielenfeldt. As well as her Great-grandchildren, Liam Birdsong-Ng, Felicity Birdsong-Ng, Blake Gielenfeldt, Rowan Birdsong-Ng, Cole Geilenfeldt, Mia Schieb.
Shirley was a long-time resident of Charlotte and graduated from Charlotte High School ‘52.
Her biggest loves were the Buffalo Bills, and the Yankees. Her favorite pastime was watching her grandkids in sports. She had great memories of traveling with her sisters and family.
She worked at Strong Hospital and McDonalds.
