Shirley Jonas Obituary
Memorial Visitation for Shirley J. Jonas (nee Schultz), 91, of Burr Ridge, will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, IL, 60067. The Interment will be private.
Shirley was born July 23, 1933, in Chicago, and she passed away January 13, 2025, in Barrington.
Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Jonas; dear daughter of the late Edward and Veronica (nee Bronersky) Schultz; fond sister of Gerald (Myra) Schultz; loving aunt of Jamie Schultz.
She loved her bird, Chip, eating out in restaurants and playing Pinochle. Her favorite color was purple.
