SHIRLEY ANN KEEFE. Shirley Ann Keefe 88 of Henry Law Ave Dover NH died on Wednesday September 3rd, 2025, at Spring Village assisted living with her husband and 3 sons by her side after a lengthy battle with dementia. She was born on June 8th, 1937, in Porter Maine the daughter of Laurence E and Mary L (DeWitt) Taylor.

She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, family outings at Hilton park, spending time at camp with her family and waterskiing, bowling, going out dancing and after retiring she took up golfing and she's the only member of our family that can say she got a hole-in-one but most of all she loved her family and friends unconditionally.

Shirley is survived her husband of 69 years, Francis P. Keefe, Sons Paul Keefe of Prentiss Township, Maine, Michael Keefe of Jacksonville Florida and Kevin Keefe of Fryberg, Maine. Sisters Sandra Foss of Sanbornville Maine, Laura Libby of Parsonsfield, Maine, Joyce Taylor of Cornish Maine and Julie Foy of Cornish Maine. 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her parents Laurence E. Taylor and Mary L Taylor, brothers Laurence E. Taylor Jr, Richard Taylor and sisters Barbara Pierce and Denise Pitts.

Friends and Family may call from 10:00am - 11:00 am on Thursday September 11, 2025, at Purdy Funeral Service, 655 Central Ave Dover NH 03820. A service will begin at 11am. Followed by a gravesite burial at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Dover Point Road, Dover NH. A celebration will follow at the Elks Club, 282 Durham Road (Route 108) Dover, NH 03820

from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
