I knew Shirley through our volunteering with the Friends of the Greece Public Library. She was so enjoyable to be around and has been missed the the Friends the last few years. Shirley was part of a small group that made the favors for our holiday dinners which was always a fun evening. My sympathy goes out to her family and close friends.

I had the great pleasure of standing next to her for ten years in our feeling fit class at the YMCA. She was a very special friend to me. I will always cherish our chats and her invitation to join the Y book club which has been lots of fun.
