Beloved wife of the late Lee Pfingston and the late Robert Smith Jr.
Devoted mother of Rob (Shelley) Smith, Rebecca (Brian) O'Connell and Wendy (Pat) Marinier.
Proud grandmother of Carson, Bo, Luke, Claire, Donna, Faith and many other grandchildren.
Adored great-grandmother of Jameson and Savannah and many more as well.
Loving daughter of the late Lillard and Juanita Daniel.
Cherished sister of Peggy Pavone and the late Jean Versaw.
Dear aunt of Sunny, Joe and John.
Longtime educator in the Orland Park School District 135.
She was a faithful and committed member of the Church of the Highlands. Loved traveling with her time being shared in Illinois, Michigan and Florida. Shirley loved to be adventurous and living life to the fullest!
Visitation Sunday 12-6 p.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL
Lying in state Monday 9:30 a.m. until time of Service 10:00 a.m. at Advent Christian Church of the Highlands, 1525 W. Plainfield Road, La Grange, IL.
Interment Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park
