Shirley Sutton Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
She was a faithful and loving member of Liberty Chapel Church. Shirley loved her family very much and looked forward to time spent with them. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and feeding the grandbabies junk food.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Husband Howard, Son David, Daughter Vicky, Grandson Mark and Brother Lonard
She is survived by her daughters Deborah Roof and Connie Dennis (Junior)
Daughter-in-law Libby Sutton Compton
Grandchildren, Rachel and Colton Sutton, Mason Dennis, 3 great grandchildren Lucas King, Emberleigh and Freya Higdon.
1 Brother Harvey Horsley and 1 sister Jodi Sandlin
Several nieces, nephews and their families.
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11 AM with burial in the Horsley Cemetery on Hwy 690 near Hudson, KY. Visitation will be held on Thursday, 3 – 7 PM and Friday, 8:30 – 11 AM. All times are central.
Expressions of sympathy are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
