Shohn Deardorff, a beloved husband, father, son, and friend, passed away on April 19, 2023, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 51 years old.
Shohn was born on February 16, 1972, and grew up in West Seattle, where he attended Chief Sealth High School. He was an accomplished student and wrestler. After High School, Shohn went on to have a long and successful career as a Quality Assurance Manager within the Aviation Industry.
Shohn was a devoted husband to his wife Collette and a loving father to his two daughters, Lorelai (13) and Scarlett (11). He cherished his family above all else and always put their needs before his own. Shohn was a loyal son to his parents, Sandy and Paul, and a caring brother to his sister, Jessica.
In addition to his work and family, Shohn had many passions in life. He was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to the Seattle Seahawks. He loved attending games and cheering on his favorite team with his family and friends. Shohn was known as a great listener who was always up for an intelligent conversation.
Shohn's warm smile, generous heart, and kind spirit touched the lives of everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by all who know him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
A private family service will be held to celebrate Shohn's life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCan.org).
