Sigmond Singramdoo, age 65, of Lakeville, passed away unexpectedly May 31, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Mardoi (Nora); sister, Marina; brother-in-law, Ramo, and sister-in-law, Leila.
Sigmond is survived by his wife of 43 years Kuntee; sons, Raaveen (Kamini), Stephan (Nunita), and Kevin (Sarah); grandchildren, Jayden (age 11), Jaxsen (age 6), and Alayna (age 1); siblings, Nadira (Raj), Annette (Phillip), Reggie (Annie), Ritchie (Rowena), Loretta (Omar), and Romain (Karen). He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jagdeo and Ramdei; his brothers-in- law, Ghansham (Mohanie), Harrichan (Ann), and Dave (Sunita). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.
Sigmond was a man of deep compassion, positivity, and love throughout all aspects of his life. Whether it was his work in the packaging industry over the last 25+ years or spending time with his family and loved ones. Sigmond always gave his all and was devoted to each aspect of his life.
Sigmond's life was a testament to resilience, giving, and unconditional love. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his generous spirit, the lessons he taught and the joy of his laughter will echo in our hearts forever. He gave of himself without hesitation his time, his wisdom, his heart and in doing so, he showed us the true meaning of compassion. Sigmond loved deeply and fully, and that love will continue to guide and uplift us, even in his absence.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at White Funeral Home, 20134 Kenwood Tr. Lakeville, MN 55044.
A funeral service will take place the following day starting at 10:00 AM Friday, June 6, 2025, at White Funeral Home - Lakeville.
