Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church. Father Carlos Vargas will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Monday, October 24, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Born on August 5, 1958 in Michoacán, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Jose Luis Gonzalez and Maria De Jesus Nunez-Gonzalez. She was of the Catholic faith.
Mrs. Gonzalez-Nunez is survived by her husband, Francisco Flores of Mexico; mother, Maria De Jesus Gonzalez of Brownsville, TX; sons, Oscar Flores, Alberto Flores, Francisco Flores, Osvaldo Flores, Alejandro Flores, Manuel Flores, Luis Flores all of Gainesville; sister, Ana Rosa Ramos of Brownsville, TX; brothers, Jose Luis Gonzalez, Raul Gonzalez; sisters, Maria de Jesus Renya, Monica Granja; brothers, Abel Gonzalez, Hugo Gonzalez, Hector Gonzalez; sister, Erica Gonzalez all of Brownsville, TX and a number of other loving relatives.
