Solomon was born on August 2, 1960 in Mexico, MO, the son of Melvin and Ella (Edgar) Stanton. Solomon loved traveling, and cherished spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandson, Calvin.
Solomon is survived by his son, Stephen Stanton and his wife Megan of Macon, MO; grandson, Calvin Stanton; sister, Betty Crasher and her husband Pete of Terre Haute, IN; nephew and niece, Carleton Crasher and Casey Hathaway; cousin, Andrew Stanton and his wife Judy and their two children, Dustin and Austin; and other extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Naomi Wilson and her husband John.
A family Celebration of Life will be 3:00 to 6:00 pm, Friday, July 25, 2025 at the Roundhouse in Macon, MO. The family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund. Arrangements are under the direction of Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO.
