Sondra Lynn Cirisan

Sondra L. Cirisan (Sandy), 80, of N Ft Myers, FL, passed away on

August 28, 2025. She was born on July 13, 1945, in Ann Arbor, MI.

She grew up in Pinckney, MI, graduating from high school in 1963.

Sondra is survived by her husband John Achim Cirisan whom she

married on October 5, 1968. They lived in Brighton, and Howell, MI for

over 33 years before relocating to N. Ft Myers, FL. She was a devoted

mother to Donna L (husband Jim Coe) and John A (wife Annie).

While raising her family in Brighton, Sondra took classes at Oakland

University, specializing in Nursing and graduating in 1980. She worked

as a Registered Nurse in Endoscopy at Lee Memorial Health System

from 2001 to 2006.

Sondra found joy in preparing meals and finding loving gifts to

celebrate seasons, sacraments, birthdays, and anniversaries. She had

a knack for crafting the perfect card and it was important to her to

attend all birthdays, recitals, graduations, and sacramental celebrations

both near and far. Sondra also loved collecting Beanie Babies.

She enthusiastically embraced her husband, John, and their four

children, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Family get-togethers for holidays and any occasion delighted her,

especially when it included lots of desserts.

Let us remember the past with gratitude, live the present with

enthusiasm, and look forward to the future with confidence.
