Mom, you did everything your way and I imagine even in death you'll do it your own way. You taught me to be strong, independent, and instilled great values. I love you, and I know you're always there.
Sonja is survived by her son, Lindsey Foss, grandson, Bradley Foss, great grandson Liam Foss, brothers; Curtis D. Foss and Archie Foss, sister Cheryl Menard, best friends Rose and Bob Fell and her extended Bemidji family, along with many more friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Gloria Horton.
At Sonja's request, no funeral services, just remember her the way she was and the imprint she left. All who knew her knew she loved and collected rocks. She will always be a stone's throw away.
