Dale was born on April 6, 1942 to Wallace and Irma (Huemoeller) Gulbranson in Morris, Minnesota.
After high school, Dale entered into military service, serving in both the Coast Guard and Army. He took great pride in his military career, which would lead him to his wife, Yong, and eventually a new home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He retired from the Army in 1980.
A jack-of-all-trades, Dale completed his college degree and took on different jobs during his post-military career. An amateur wood-worker, he enjoyed taking on various projects around the home, as well as offering a helping hand to those in need.
Dale will be remembered by his wife of forty-five years, Yong; son, Andrew; siblings, Richard and Brenda; sister-in-law, Janny; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Joan; brother, David; and parents, Wallace and Irma.

Graveside Service, 2:00PM, Thursday, January 19, 2023, Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80925.

I remember he drove a Pontiac Firebird back in mid to late 1970s identical to the one on tv Rockford Files. As a little girl, that impressed me and stuck in my memory.
Rest in peace, Uncle.
