OBITUARY
Stacy Michelle Wolf passed away on May 11, 2025, in San Diego, California. She was born on January 24, 1979, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to her loving parents, Larry and Barbara Wolf.
At the age of 14, Stacy and her family moved to
Bakersfield, California, where she became part of Centennial High School's inaugural freshman class. She later graduated from Stockdale High School, continuing her education at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB).
Music was a profound part of Stacy's life. She was an active member of the musical departments at both Centennial and Stockdale High Schools, performing in numerous musical theatre events. At Centennial, she sang with the Select Women's Chorus, and at Stockdale, she was a proud member of the Chamber Singers. Her passion and talent led her to earn a partial scholarship to Southern California College. Upon returning to Bakersfield to attend CSUB, Stacy continued sharing her voice and love for music by singing with the Bakersfield Masterworks Chorale. While living in Southern California she sang with the Long Beach Opera.
Stacy had a gift for teaching and a heart for children. As a preschool teacher, she created engaging and imaginative lessons that brought joy to her students.
Faith was a guiding force in Stacy's life. She served as an Acolyte and shared her voice in the church choir, offering her musical talents as an expression of her deep religious core.
Stacy is survived by her loving parents, Larry and Barbara Wolf; her brother, Steven Wolf, his wife Jennifer, and their daughter Margaret Ann; as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
Services will be held on May 22 at 10:00 AM at Trinity Anglican Church, 11300 Campus Park Dr.,
Bakersfield, CA 93311-8893. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Southwest, 2739 Panama Lane,
Bakersfield, CA 93313. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity Anglican Church Building Fund.
