Stanley Mark Ehlin

June 20, 1940 – July 17, 2025

Stanley Mark Ehlin, 85, of Marlboro, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 17, 2025, at Jersey Shore Medical Center.

Born on June 20, 1940, in Freehold, NJ, Stanley was the beloved son of Abraham and Marion Ehlin. He spent most of his life in Freehold before settling in Marlboro, where he continued to cherish his community and family.

Stanley is survived by his devoted wife, Adele Ehlin; his sister Marian (Honey) Brummel; his daughter Marian Denbleyker and her husband Steve; his son Peter Ehlin and his wife Amy. He is also survived by his four grandchildren: Steven, Caitlyn, Noah and Parker and his great grandson young Steven. Stanley was a proud grandfather to all four of his grandchildren and his great grandson.

A dedicated and compassionate pharmacist, Stanley proudly owned and operated Woods Pharmacy in downtown Freehold for many years. He served generations of local families with integrity, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to their well-being.

Family was the heart of Stanley's world. He found his greatest joy in spending time with his loved ones, whether gathered around a table or simply sharing quiet moments together. He also enjoyed the thrill of harness racing and the camaraderie of a good poker game – pastimes that brought him both excitement and connection.

Stanley will be remembered for his quiet strength, gentle presence, and the love and wisdom he so freely gave to those around him.

A graveside service will be held at Freehold Hebrew Burial Society Cemetery, Route 33, Freehold on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 12pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Stanley's memory to https://www.mds-foundation.org.
