Stanley FORTUNE Obituary
69, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord Friday, October 26, 2012. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Shannon and Wayne; and is survived by his wife, Sandra Fortune; sons, Mark Fortune, Chris Fortune, Brandon Fortune; grandchildren, Michael, Krystyn, Brent, Christopher, Emilee Fortune; great-grandson, Hayden Fortune; twin brother, Sterling Fortune. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd (Rte. 10). A Masonic service will follow at 8 p.m. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Clover Hill Baptist Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Clover Hill Baptist Church, 3100 Courthouse Rd., Richmond, Va. 23236.

As much as I will miss my dear friend, I know Stanley is happy with the Lord. I thank God for the more than "55 yrs" He allowed us to be friends. Love is loyalty, joy and friendship. My heart goes out for Sterling, Sandra and the family. What once enjoyed, we can never lose.
