The world has lost a truly remarkable person with the passing of Stanley Levy-a man whose heart was as vast as his humor was infectious, whose generosity knew no bounds, and whose never-ending love for family and friends defined his every moment.
Stanley possessed an extraordinary ability to spread joy everywhere. His quick wit and timeless sense of humor were immense, and his laughter was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He found joy in life's simplest pleasures-whether practicing his chipping and putting on the golf course for hours, watching his beloved University of Louisville Cardinals on TV, tending to his many beautiful flowers, trees and bushes or just simply sharing a delicious meal with those he loved.
But above all else, Stanley's heart belonged to his family. He was a cherished father to his three children Linda, Melissa and Glenn, devoted husband to wife Susan, treasured grandfather to Harrison, Marlee, Jillian, Leah, Dylan, Kaiden and Charlie, and caring step-father and step-grandfather to Cari, Dani, Brooke, Marlee, Jared & Jordan. Stanley was their unwavering source of guidance, strength, love, honesty and laughter.
Stanley was a man of profound kindness, whose generosity left an indelible mark on many who crossed his path. He lived his life with a selflessness that put others before himself, always ensuring the happiness and well-being of those he held dear. His legacy is one of love-love for life, love for his family, and love for the countless people fortunate enough to call him a friend.
Though his presence will be deeply missed, his spirit will live on forever in our hearts.
