Stanley Lynn McWilliams, known to all as Lynn, was the kind of man who could light up a room with his humor and warm any heart with his kindness. Born on February 2, 1968, in Magnolia, Arkansas, Lynn's journey through life was one filled with laughter, love, and the occasional greasy hand from tinkering with old cars. On August 13, 2025, Lynn peacefully passed away in Little Rock, Arkansas at Baptist Health Medical Center, leaving behind a legacy of joy and cherished memories.

Lynn graduated from Magnolia High School in 1986 and furthered his education at Southern Arkansas University, where he not only earned his degree but also a lifetime membership to the brotherhood of Sigma Pi Fraternity. His college years were marked by the kind of shenanigans that would later fuel his endless supply of stories.

After college, Lynn put his skills to work, starting with Therral Story Well Service TSWS and then for Potlatch. His hands were as skilled with a wrench as his mind was quick with a joke.

Lynn's Christian faith was as much a part of him as his infectious chuckle. He lived his beliefs through his actions, always ready to lend a hand or an ear. His love for life was evident in everything he did, from fixing up old cars to making people laugh. He was a man who found joy in the simple things, like the companionship of his four-legged friends, especially his service dog, Chase, who was as much a part of Lynn's life as the tools in his garage.

Family was the cornerstone of Lynn's world. He was a devoted father to his daughter, Hannah McWilliams, and son, Connor McWilliams, who, along with Connor's partner, Clara Guess, brought immeasurable pride to his life. Lynn's bond with the children's mother, Denise Buhrman-Lee, remained strong, rooted in mutual respect and shared love for their family. His brother, Steven McWilliams, and his wife, Wendy, along with his sister, Sheryl Scott, and her partner, Will Davis, were not just siblings but comrades in arms in the adventure of life. His nieces and nephews, Colton Scott and wife Alyssa, Bradon McWilliams, Caelyn Scott, Zane McWilliams, and Ava McWilliams. Lynn's circle of friends was as wide as his grin with special friends, Richard and Carol White and Scott Clark, and his aunts and uncles, David and Kay McWilliams and David and Kay Baker.

Lynn is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Gene McWilliams and Dorothy Faye Gatlin McWilliams; paternal grandparents, R.E. "Pete" and Sylvia Jean Walthall and maternal grandparents, Frank and Margaret Gatlin.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Smith officiating. Visitation with the family will be Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers will be Will Davis, Scott Clark, Kevin Gray, Steven McWilliams, Richard White, and his brothers from Sigma Pi Fraternity.
