Stanley E. Stewart, Born June 6, 1949 entered his heavenly Home September 15, 2025. Survived by: His wife of 53 years Kathy (Beal) Stewart 3 Children - Melinda Stewart, Serena Gray (Eddie), Curtis Stewart (Christie) 8 Grandchildren - Kelly Gray (Kennedy), Chelsea Small (Alex), Corey Wilson (Courtney), Hunter Gray (Kaitlyn), Kurstyn Stewart, Kyler Stewart, Sky Gray, Wyatt Gray 6 – Great Grandchildren, Adilee, Madalynn, Fennick, Issac, Ivy Joe, Kai Siblings: Sisters Maxine Wells (Cecil), Carolyn Rousseau, Kathy Burgess, Brother Danny Stewart (Carol) Stanley is also survived by a host of cousins & friends to numerous to name including his entire Mennonite Family Preceded In Death By Parents – Harrison and Kathleen (Cooley) Brother – James Hulen Stewart Sisters – Delores Guess, Nancy Powell and Teresa Payne Stanley got joy from spending time with his family. He added a whole community to his family when he met his Mennonite brothers and sisters who affectionally called him Stan. He and Kathy got such joy driving them to different parts of the country. Stanley spent his last hours on earth doing what he loved best. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Bro. Danny Stewart officiating. Burial follow in the New Canaan Cemetery. Arrangements Entrusted to Scottsboro Funeral Home
