Our precious Starlit Baby was born on December 9th, 2024, and passed away peacefully in her mother's arms on August 8th, 2025, at 10:11 p.m., just two hours shy of her 8-month celebration.

Starlit was a strong, determined baby who was often underestimated by doctors, but she proved them wrong time and again. Her courage gave her family precious months to love her, know her, and be blessed by her light. She fought so hard for us, and every day with her was a gift.

She loved to clap her little hands and cuddle up close in Mommy's bed, watching scary movies like Evil Dead.

In Heaven, she was greeted by her Grandpa Felix, who is probably holding her hand as they walk to the rec center in Heaven, watching her play games, laugh, and run. Maybe they're picking up pecans together, or maybe he's watching her play outside in the sunshine. However they spend their days, we know he came for her, and that she is safe, loved, and smiling in his care. She was also welcomed into the giant, loving hands of her other Grandpa, Big Nick, along with her Tios and other grandparents who embraced her with open arms and endless love.

Forever a star in the sky, shining down on her loving Mommy and Daddy, Jason and Ashton; Big Sisters Heaven, Story, and Ever; Big Brother Bro; Big Sister Babby; her Nicki, who never left her side and loved her without end; Aunts Alex and Ana; and Cousins Kira, Milly, Henry, Blake, Hunter, and Charlie; and grandparents Neni and Poppy.
