Stephan Shareef Williams was born on June 1st 1970 at St. Columbus Hospital in Lincoln Park, Illinois to Elliott Lee Williams and Collette McCree Renfro. He was the eldest of three children born to this union.

In 1990, Stephan followed his passion for music form the company Hoodlum Prince Production. Through this company he would produce music tracks and mixtapes for up and coming artist. He was also proficient in the use of a multitude of weaponry. HE WAS NOT THE ONE TO TRIFLE WITH! The love for the art would lead him to help train at local schools where he also taught Survival Training.
Later in life, his talents would take him as far West as Oregon and California working in the electrical engineering field; then as far South as Florida. However, Chicago was always home in where he was the happiest. In 2002, he founded the company Versomni, which is where many of his clients became near and dear friends of his. He recently joined the team on various projects in consulting with the company SpotGenius.
On June 10, 2012, Stephan married Angela (Kidd) Williams. Their union was a testament to love, dedication and resolve that lasted 13 years. They shared a home filled with laughter, support and endless memories. Together, they had three stepchildren, Gene, Shalay and Elaina. One daughter Meshelle Williams in which he loved and cherished. Stephan's passions extended far beyond his profession accomplishments. He found immense joy in building, boating, along with all sorts of crafting, ceramics and sewing.
Stephan will be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor, charm, intellect, eccentric ways, love for his boats, love of all things savory when it comes to food and beverages, and most of all the love he had for his family. He had a wicked sense of humor and loved a good hard laugh-the kind that would make you cry.
Stephan completed his journey on this earth far earlier than want expected and wanted on September 30, 2025. He is proceeded in Glory by his maternal grandparents: Helen Hughes (Elmer Hughes), Thelbert Renfro, great-grandparents Silas and Thelma Garrett, paternal grandparents Lewis and Willie Belle Williams, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Angela, daughter Meshelle, stepchildren Gene, Shalay, and Elaina Griffin, father Elliott Lee (Billie) Williams, mother Collette Renfro, sister Massiquoi (George) Starks, niece's Ina and Destiny, nephew Ian, sister Myria (Mark) Freeman, nephew Sebastian, and niece Adeline, and step-brother Deon White.
If love could have saved him, he would have lived forever. Thank you for a lifetime of memories, laughs, cries, hugs, and unconditional love that no one can take away.
Well done Stephan!
