Stephanie L. Corchado-Martinez, 46, of Easton, PA, formerly of Brownwood TX, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, surrounded by her beloved husband, children and other loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born August 3, 1976, in Fort Hood, TX, she was a daughter of the late Manuel Zepeda and Linda Cisneroz and was raised by her late grandmother, Lola Cisneroz.
She and her husband, Alberto Martinez, celebrated their 7th wedding anniversary on April 11, 2022.
Stephanie graduated from Brownwood High School and received a B.A. degree from Brooklyn College.
She was last employed by the Northampton County Assistance Office. Previously, she worked for Northampton County Juvenile Detention Center and for many years at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brooklyn, NY.
Stephanie loved spending time with her husband, children, grandson and her dogs. She enjoyed 80's music and movies and Big Red soda.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Alberto, are two sons, Thomas Rayito Cisneroz and his partner Howard Kwon, of New York and Isaiah Luis Corchado, of Brooklyn, NY; two daughters, Pricilla Nicole Hernandez and her partner Braulio Tejeda, of Brooklyn, NY and Miranda A. Lopez, of Bethlehem, a step-son, Josiah J. Martinez, of Queens, NY; three brothers, Jesse, Alex and Marco Zepeda; three sisters, Amy J. Cisneroz, Cathy M. Cisneroz and Marcela Rose; and a grandson, Braulio Hernandez.
A memorial service will be held at 7pm Thursday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough. Memorial calling Thursday 6-7pm in the funeral home. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
