Stephanie Michelle Scott Nance, 48, of Slaughters, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Hanson, KY.

She was born on November 7, 1977, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Sharon Lee Ashby Holmes and Steven Eugene Scott. She was formerly employed for the last six years as a shift leader at Hardee's in Hanson, KY. She enjoyed painting, writing, crafting, and shopping. She loved horses and ATV riding. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Stephanie was of the Christian faith.

Her survivors include her husband of eleven years, Jeff Nance of Slaughters, KY; sons, Austin (Jade) Bellis and Valik Bellis, both of Madisonville; daughters, Lillian Patterson of Madisonville and Parris Nance of Bowling Green, KY; stepfathers, whom she adored, Stevie McConnell of Henderson, KY, and Larence Holmes of Onton, KY; brothers, Larry (Wilma) Scott of Livermore, KY, and Clint Scott of Michigan; sisters, Crinnia (Edgar) Godinez and Blonie Martin, both of Ashbyburg, KY; grandchildren, Rylee, Kynzlee, Lili, Wrenley, Hayden, Baela; a nephew she considered a son, Benjie Onan; and several loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Willis officiating. Burial to follow at West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Matthew Godinez, Dalton Potts, Benjamin Onan, Valik Bellis, Austin Bellis, Damian Nole, and Hayden Rosales.
