Stephanie Stoller, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and public servant, passed away at 90 on Friday, November 28, 2025.
Stephanie was determined, optimistic, and devoted to both family and community. She met Arny at 16, and together they grew into a unique union, sharing parenting, work, home-life, travel, purpose, adventure, joy, and love. They were a rare and enviable team.
Stephanie was a trained pharmacist who worked while raising her daughters at a time when few women did so. She helped Arny to build, grow, and run COVAP, their business grounded in loyalty and care, where employees often became like family and stayed for decades.
She was the first and only woman elected to City Council in Blue Ash, Ohio, for the 44 years she served. She won re-election every two years and served as both Vice Mayor and Mayor. Her impact on Blue Ash was extraordinary, helping to transform a small community into the thriving city it is today. She also served on the board of Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio, reflecting her strong belief that everyone should work to make the world better for others.
Stephanie and Arny shared a curiosity and love of long road trips across the country. Stephanie was the expert navigator and always insisted on trying new things and discovering new restaurants. The Stollers were fantastic hosts, welcoming everyone to their annual Thanksgiving feast, hosting events for the Kenridge Lake Club and theater groups, and always inviting people into their home. Stephanie also shared Arny's love of theater and spent decades supporting Cincinnati's thriving community theater scene.
Stephanie is survived by her husband, Arny; her daughters, Debbe Webster (spouse Scott), and Patti Foster (spouse Simon); her grandchildren, Bryce Webster (spouse Cait), Jordan Webster (spouse Cathy), Jenny Brumbaugh (spouse Jesse), Brittany Foster, and Alexander Foster (spouse Jackie); her great-grandchildren, Sophie, Jack, Maisie, Jude, Bellamy, and Roland; and her nephews, Scott Katz and Jeff Wigman (spouse Yeachin).
Stephanie will be deeply missed by all.
