Preceded in death by his parents, Philip F. and Eleanor J. Donahue, Steve is survived by his wife of 20 years, Marie Donahue; his sons, Thomas and Matt Donahue, both of Michigan; his brothers, Phil (Kathy) Donahue of North Carolina, Mike (Judy) Donahue of Ocean City, MD, Pat (Lisa) Donahue of New York and Joe (Kelly) Donahue of New York; seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to Steve's life celebration on Thursday, May 16, from 11 AM until his funeral service begins at 12 noon at Kalas Funeral Home and Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater. The interment will be private.

Dear Heavenly Father, We come to you grieving with broken hearts over our brother, Stephen, who passed away recently. Please welcome Steve into your Kingdom as the whole, healthy person you created, now restored to peace, wholeness and joy in your presence. Comfort his loved ones and ease their pain and suffering. We also ask that You to provide comfort, wisdom, and understanding of these things for our children and grandchildren. We lift their broken hearts up to You. Heal them from the pains of death and sorrow. Let them find peace in Your grace, comfort in Your love, and strength in Your mighty power over death. In Jesus´ name we pray, Amen.
