Stephen P. Eranio, 74, of Carver, passed away November 24, 2025 after battling cancer this past year. Born in Quincy, MA on May 13, 1951, to the late Francis Eranio and Veronica (Fritz) Eranio. He lived in Braintree, went to Braintree schools and graduated from Braintree High School class of 1969.

After High School, he attended Blue Hills Regional Technical School in Canton and received an Associates Degree in Electronics. He worked at Datel Systems in Canton, also at BancTec Inc and then Opex Corporation as a Field Service Engineer in Boston and the surrounding areas.

He was a member of the Elks Club in Wareham/ New Bedford MA No: #73 Fraternal Order of Eagles, Port Orange FL and Sons of the American Legion, Port Orange FL.

Steve enjoyed being with his wife Corinne (Reme) playing cribbage, having fires in the backyard listening to Toby Keith, and going for rides in the convertible. He loved cooking on the grill and being with his dog Bailey. He also loved cars, camping, football, Daytona Beach and Craigslist.

Steve was always there in his own quiet way to support the ones he loved. He did it through actions not words.

He was the beloved husband of Corinne Ryan- Eranio of Carver. He was the loving father of Christopher Eranio of Somerville, Kimberly Carney and husband Felix of Arlington, Sara Eranio and fiancé Ron of Hopedale, Scott Eranio and his wife Nelly of Middleboro and the late Stephanie Eranio of Easton, Step-father of Melissa Pierce of Rhode Island and Melanie Pierce of Kingston, brother of Jean Schneider and husband Alan of Ashland, Susan Kline of N. Attleboro. He is survived by four grandchildren, Rowan, Shea, Mateo and Ethan. He also had nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.

Friends and family are invited to attend Memorial Visiting Hours on December 13th from 11:00 to 1:00pm at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St. Kingston. A funeral service will begin at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's name can be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
